Case Study

In 1999 E-Resourcing established relationships with a number of key customers in both Belgium and the UK where resource is supplied via Statement of Work contracts based on expectations, milestones and deliverables related to specific projects.

Key Criteria:

  • To get work tasks done through deliverables being achieved by using thorough, well-written statements of work, detailing expectations, objectives, activities, methods, resources, defining reporting and deliverables, with expected timetables
  • To free up internal management time for other priorities and internal staff
  • To have access to and manage highly experienced specialists in a better more structured way

Methodology:

  • The customer collaborates with E-Resourcing to define the project and agree the SOW
  • Relevant, experienced specialists are sourced by E-Resourcing, with the agreement of the customer
  • E-Resourcing engages with individuals via clearly defined SOW contracts
  • Execution of the statement of SOW contracts are managed by E-Resourcing including the approval process and staged payments based on deliverables

Outcome:

  • The successful delivery of projects to agreed timescales and budgets
