Case Study

In 2015 E-Resourcing achieved the status of preferred recruitment partner to a global publishing company following recommendations from key internal members of staff who had previous experience of the services E-Resourcing could provide.

Key Criteria:

  • Having previously struggled to find recruitment partners with the ability to source permanent candidates across the full spectrum of roles within the technology and digital space, the publishing company was keen to partner with E-Resourcing to resolve this issue.

Methodology:

  • Time was spent with stakeholders across the business to identify resource needs and the type of candidates required across all technology and digital teams
  • Relationships were built with the internal recruitment team to facilitate a collaborative approach to recruitment, enabling the ability to forward plan in line with the requirements of the business
  • A broad network of candidates with appropriate experience and company fit was built by E-Resourcing to ensure that the full spectrum of roles could be filled in a timely fashion
  • The end-to-end recruitment process, from identification through to onboarding and beyond was managed; including a meeting 3-6 months after each person started to ensure successful candidates had settled in, addressing any potential concerns and escalating where appropriate

Outcome:

  • The successful recruitment of more than 60 permanent employees across the technology teams
  • The delivery of candidates across the full spectrum of Technology and Digital roles including Programme/Project Management, Product Management, Software Development, Service Management, Web Development, IT Security and Architecture resulting in E-Resourcing outperforming existing suppliers
  • Candidate aftercare ensured that the business has achieved a very high retention rate across these new recruits
