In 2023, E-Resourcing was approached by the HR Director of a large European Healthcare business to secure a new CTO for them.

This was a key hire for the organisation which required careful handling due to poor recruitment choices in the recent past.

Having operated in the IT space and having covered high-end exec search since 2005, E-Resourcing was perfectly placed to undertake this exec search for the client. The brief was specific and the client had a clear understanding of the type of person they wanted. E-Resourcing was able to quickly determine the type of character and personality that would ultimately be the perfect fit for the business.

  • As a confidential exec search, no advertising campaigns were used
  • Initial Identification of relatable businesses / industry
  • Identification and direct approach to exec level candidates
  • Extensive screening process including NDA and face-2-face competency based interviews on client site
  • Creation of full candidate packs for client
  • Created long list of 6 exceptional candidates and presented briefs to board to be shortlisted to 4 for client interview
  • Management of 3 stage process including CEO, HR Director and online testing
  • Negotiation of six figure salary and benefits

Outcome:

First choice candidate secured from 3 at final stage. Onboarded and driving the business IT within six weeks from the start of the campaign.
