ERP Transformation
Thursday, December 5, 2024
E-Resourcing has partnered with some of the world’s leading brands to resource their global ERP (SAP/Oracle/MSD) transformation programmes. This ranges from individuals who initially define the programme, through to the provision of technical/functional teams, as well as entire training teams to ensure the success of these multi-year programmes.
To further build on this ERP capability, in 2011 E-Resourcing acquired Williams McKinley, a provider of specialist expertise into SAP/ERP programmes, recognised as one of the highest quality ERP recruitment practices in the UK.
With the huge investment that comes with ERP transformation programmes, clients consistently turn to E-Resourcing & Williams McKinley for integrity and maturity of approach. It is this experience that results in the development of deep and enduring relationships with candidates, clients and partners.
Case Study
Williams McKinley (part of E-Resourcing) exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation who were embarking on a greenfield programme which would see them implement SAP across their UK and European business.
Key Criteria:
- Identify and deliver an entire programme team which ranged from Architects, Technical/Functional resources across SAP modules and a training team.
- Source a permanent SAP team post go-live.
Methodology:
- Manage full recruitment process including interviews, referencing and onboarding of successfully selected candidates.
- Provide a shortlist of suitable candidates to the client within 48 hours of instruction, primarily reaching out to the company’s existing network of specialist SAP Consultants.
- For some of the more niche areas, trusted referrals were sourced from SAP specialists who had previously worked with Williams McKinley.
Outcome:
- Successfully placed a team of trusted contractors to help successfully deliver the project on time and to budget.
- Established a training team to ensure the business had super users in place post go live.
- Carried out an in-depth analysis with the client to identify where they needed longer term permanent resources and subsequently recruited these skills.
