Case Study

In 2022 one of E-Resourcing’s longstanding multi-national Clients initiated a discussion to explore alternative methods of engaging with highly skilled, but flexible resource.

Key Criteria:

  • Reduce cost of engaging when compared to long term freelancers
  • To engage with skilled workers on a flexible but secure basis
  • Client is headcount capped

Methodology:

  • The Client issues a request for new resource and E-Resourcing manages the recruitment process through to final selection by the client. The selected candidate is then employed by E-Resourcing on a Permanent basis. The PAYE employee is placed onsite with the customer on secondment
  • E-Resourcing matches the Client equivalent employee salary and ensures compliance on site. (As PAYE is deducted at source, IR35 does not apply)
  • When the Client no longer requires the specific worker, E-Resourcing manages the off-boarding process with its employee

Outcome:

  • The Client benefits from having access to a highly skilled, stable, but flexible workforce that are not on the client's own headcount and from not having to pay long term higher freelance rates. The E-Resourcing employee benefits from working with a great multinational business on long term assignments and having the support of E-Resourcing
