Project Manager - Professional Services

London | Hybrid (2 days office-based) | Up to £85,000

We are working with a well-established Professional Services organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their change and transformation function.

This is a key role requiring someone who can confidently deliver both IT and non-IT projects end to end, operating in a structured, stakeholder-heavy environment. Experience within Accountancy, Legal, or wider Professional Services is essential.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a varied portfolio of projects, from initial scoping and business case through to delivery, handover and benefits realisation. Projects will range across technology change, business process improvement, vendor-led implementations and operational initiatives.

You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, third-party suppliers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery of IT and non-IT projects
  • Managing multiple workstreams, resources, budgets and timelines
  • Driving project governance, reporting, risk and issue management
  • Coordinating third-party vendors and outsourced suppliers
  • Leading project meetings and steering groups
  • Supporting change management, communications and adoption
  • Ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual operations

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering full lifecycle projects
  • Professional Services sector background is essential (Accountancy, Legal or similar)
  • Experience managing both technology and business change initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
  • Confident working with external suppliers and partners
  • Structured, organised and delivery-focused approach

This opportunity would suit a Project Manager who enjoys operating in a professional, partnership-driven environment and who can balance structure with pragmatism.
