YOUR JOB

As an SAP HR Functional Analyst:

  • You collect and understand the needs provided by the business representatives.
  • On this basis, you will take care of the functional analysis of the requested improvements/changes.
  • You estimate the load and cost of changes (as part of projects or maintenance).
  • You are considering several possible solutions or approaches.
  • You assess the impact of the changes on the existing system.
  • You ensure continuity of service and good maintainability of the solution.
  • You ensure that the developer understands the changes to be made. You are therefore responsible for any adaptations or developments required on the basis of the specifications established in advance.
  • You update the reference documentation.
  • You develop test plans, supervise tests, control quality and ensure deployment.
  • You track and resolve incidents and problems.
  • You are actively involved in projects involving SAP HR changes.
  • You work closely with the HR department and other IT teams.

Please note that the migration from SAP ERP HCM to the SAP S/4HANA compatibility pack has already taken place.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Training in human resources or computer science (master's or bachelor's degree) or equivalent by experience.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional analyst.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • You have a particular interest in everything related to HR systems, HR applications/solutions in general.
  • You are ready to develop and/or improve your SAP and functional analysis skills.
  • You have oral and written proficiency in one of the two national languages (NL and/or FR) and a passive knowledge of the other.
  • Knowledge of the energy sector and the S/4 HANA environment are assets.
