IT/HR project manager ( Trilingual in French/Dutch/English)

You will work within the Business Solutions department and report to the Build & Transform Manager. The department's primary mission is to ensure internal performance by providing high-quality IT solutions. We develop, operate, and maintain a wide range of internal IT solutions, including the SAP and SuccessFactors suite, as well as document management systems such as SharePoint, Documentum, and OpenText. Additionally, we manage case management solutions, the intranet, the STIB mobile application, and the website. Our goal is to define and develop a strategic vision for the digital evolution of STIB's internal performance.

You will join the Build & Transform team, which is responsible for analyzing, preparing, and executing the department's projects.

You will be in charge of :

- Coordinating the migration of SAP BSP/JSP/Webdynpro applications to UI5.

- Implementing OpenText as the electronic personnel file system and overseeing its deployment.

Your role as a Project Manager:

- Initiate projects and work packages, defining solutions with teams (functional and non-functional scope, architectural and technical aspects, budget, and planning).

- Ensure project alignment with other ongoing initiatives.

- Coordinate with key internal and external suppliers.

- Oversee implementation and ensure the RUN phase is well-prepared in collaboration with the Service Manager(s).

- Prepare change requests and, if necessary, manage tender processes for required solution components.

- Coordinate and supervise execution phases, testing, training, and change management activities.

- Manage project activities in collaboration with the business, IT departments, and external suppliers.

- Conduct risk analysis, identify service providers, key stakeholders, and experts, and establish the project organization, including team structuring and leadership.

- Ensure decision-making, communication, and reporting to stakeholders directly or indirectly impacted by the project.
