Digital Workplace Technology Lead (Power Platform / Power Apps)

Location: Can be based either London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester or Leeds with hybrid working
Salary: Up to £75k

We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Solutions Lead to design and deliver modern workplace solutions that improve productivity and user experience across a large, complex organisation.

The role focuses on developing and shaping modern workplace solutions, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps. While not titled as an Architect, this position carries clear ownership of solution design and technical direction.

The Role

• Design and deliver modern workplace solutions using Power Platform / Power Apps
• Provide technical leadership and shape solution design across digital workplace initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI, and low-code solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure, user-centred solutions
• Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, and compliance requirements

About you

• Proven experience designing modern workplace solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform
• Experience making architectural and solution design decisions
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and automation technologies
• User-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
