Delivery Lead - Chelmsford, Essex - £75,000 base + benefits

A Delivery Lead is required by a well-established organisation undergoing a significant phase of technology and digital transformation.

This is a senior, hands-on role focused on delivering business-critical IT and digital change initiatives, helping transform systems, processes and data capabilities to better enable the wider organisation

As the Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of technology and transformation projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, internal IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively on time and aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the full lifecycle delivery of digital and IT transformation projects
• Reviewing and optimising business processes to support automation and system integration
• Translating business and technical requirements into clear delivery plans
• Overseeing initiatives across CRM, ERP, BI, data and emerging AI solutions
• Supporting adoption of low-code / no-code platforms and data-driven tools
• Driving change management, training and user adoption
• Tracking delivery milestones, KPIs and reporting progress to leadership
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation and technology projects
• Strong grounding in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience working across system integration, automation and data initiatives
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ERP/CRM systems and modern BI tools
